Smart Mortgage Group was established in 2003 by Jay Mehta to realise a vision to form the largest mortgage brokerage in the area providing high quality advice and an excellent after care service to all sections of the community.

Jay is a former accountant from a Large City Institution and a successful businessman. He was awarded a merit in his mortgage advice qualification, CeMap and having previously worked for larger brokerages, has an immense amount of knowledge about the mortgage market.
